Ok skipping out on Pizza is AMAZING and I wouldn't even be able to do that now.. lol!
I did great yesterday! I stuck to my meal plan apart from some sunflower seeds and an extra bowl of cereal , and went swimming with a friend for 45 mins! Today we plan on working out at the gym in her building!

I've seen the obstacles you had to face... Just stick with it and don't let ANYTHING stand in your way... Your elliptical is down? Walk outside... To hot out? Jog in place in side... Can't get to the gym? Pick up heavy objects in your house and run around with them, do reps with them... DANCE!!! Anything to get you moving. Food wise, just eat what you know is healthy. If you really have a craving for something, like a hamburger or something, If you rally want it that bad, make that meal your cheat meal for the day - OR try to find a healthier way to make it! Go for ground turkey or chicken in stead of ground beef. Have a veggie patty. Have a portabello mushroom as the burger, Have a ham sandwich on a burger bun... anything really! It's so easy to lose motivation, but if you really really work at it, it's a piece of cake to keep it too!
