How are you doing? Are you still a former smoker? WooHoo! Are you having to take prednisone again? That stuff can kick your butt, how much that's true is dose-dependent. I've had to take it short-term before, up to 60 mg a day- fortunately, I was too sick to be really hungry while I was at that dose!

I see alot of nutrients that the docs claim I make enough of but I still seem to feel less than good. Look into CoQ10, L-carnitine, 5-HTP, omega-3 vitamin "E", and a full vitamin "B" complex.
