Welcome to our 10lbs/10wks challegne!! I know that I picked this one because it seems like a totally reasonable goal - not too easy, not too hard. I really love all the support fromt he rest of the group - it's awesome!
This time around we've also started adding in posting a nonscale victory once a week (usually on Tuesday, but whenver works for you!). A non-scale victory (or NSV) can be anything that you did or achieved to make yourself healthier - you walked more minutes than you originally planned, you fit into smaller sized pants, you resisted the temptation of donuts at the office...anything! Some weeks, it might be hard to find one, but ANYTHING positive you did for your health counts, even if it was just resisting eating a third donut after you already had two. :)

Jazzylady you can do this! I really thought it wasn't possible but I did. Went from 134 to today @116 lbs. My first step was to cut out almost all the "white stuff" I've been stuffing in my mouth for years. eg; sugar,white bread,etc,etc. Then I've stopped eating the "fake " food and more real food. In other words nothing out of a box. Like Rice-A-Roni etc. Buy a bag of real rice and make it yourself. I do eat cold ceral out of a box instead of my favorite cookies for a treat. : ) Just keep a rule of thumb and stick with it. The Spark exercise program works wonders. I use Spark People Cardio Blast DVD and I now walk/jog every other day. It works Jazzy , it really does!! Keep at it and it'll pay off. Good luck!!!
