Little by little

I hit my high weight in November 2007 and joined Weight Watchers at Work. After losing 10% of my weight, I was left with another 10% to lose to reach my goal. I have bounced around in a 5 pound range for the past few months and really need to recommit and get back on track with my eating and exercise.

3/16/2009 I have been on a plateau (or rather just losing and regaining the same five pounds) for a long time now. I know this is because I have been busy and not as committed ...

3/16/2009 I have been on a plateau (or rather just losing and regaining the same five pounds) for a long time now. I know this is because I have been busy and not as committed to making good choices and fitting in my exercise. I decided last Friday to recommit and I will make it to 120 (my WW goal) in the next four weeks (April 16).

I did WW between babies and then again after I finished having babies. LOL I was down 40 lbs but stopped going and life just got in the way and bang I'm back up again!

But I am very interested in the new program. I'm happy to hear you are liking it. I've been looking around and overall people seem to like it.

I def. don't think I'm going to try to do anything wacky just to make it, I just thought it'd be something to help get me on my treadmill. A mini-goal, I suppose! And, I def don't want it to come back if I do somehow get rid of it :)
