Hey Jasmin, thanks for messaging me! We are the same weight! That's so cool that we can encourage each other from the same point.
I hope you get your mojo back, what do you think is causing your spark to fade? Do you have anyone you can workout with or cook nice food with? Do you think you need to change things up to keep you interested? Do you have a workout or meal plan?
I find I can become a bit too intense with things so don't try to measure anything too much, but I do loosely plan my meals and exercise so I can enjoy my nights off aka eating out and having the odd drink
How much are you hoping to lose? I would like to lose 100lbs (i was 252lbs at my heaviest). I don't if i'll ever get there but i figure aim for the stars right! I've broken it down in to 2lb-a-week goals which has helped me massively, I cannot tell you how easy it feels when you look at it 2lbs at a time! I saw a photo of a woman with amazing abs and the quote; stop making resolutions and just start something! And that really rang true for me, I just had to start!!
I'm not an expert in nutrition or fitness but if you ever need to let of steam or to get a bit of encouragement I'm here for you!
