My Goals:
I want to feel good physically and stay healthy. I want to built a healthy lifestyle that would be passed on to my children (when i decide to have some)
I want to be able to wear what I want and be comfortable in it, included a BIKINI

My Program:
*I'm starting off by not drinking soda, not even diet soda, no fruit drinks unless is freshly squeezed or juiced.
*Water, tea, and coffee without sugar is what I'm drinking.
*I'll be working out at least 10 mins a day and will increase it by the 3rd week
*I'll be using the food tracker to track all my food intake, ensuring I stay within my limit

I love to read, dance, sing, cook just to name a few things.
I'm also 1 of 5 sisters, the middle child at that
My mom is from Puerto Rico and my dad is from Honduras, but his father my grandpa is Turkish so I'm a mutt :)
I live with an awesome man and I love him dearly
Last but not least I'm a follower or Christ or try my hardest to be, I'm not perfect but The Lord knows my heart

Hey Jasmin, thanks for messaging me! We are the same weight! That's so cool that we can encourage each other from the same point.

I hope you get your mojo back, what do you think is causing your spark to fade? Do you have anyone you can workout with or cook nice food with? Do you think you need to change things up to keep you interested? Do you have a workout or meal plan?

I find I can become a bit too intense with things so don't try to measure anything too much, but I do loosely plan my meals and exercise so I can enjoy my nights off aka eating out and having the odd drink emoticon

How much are you hoping to lose? I would like to lose 100lbs (i was 252lbs at my heaviest). I don't if i'll ever get there but i figure aim for the stars right! I've broken it down in to 2lb-a-week goals which has helped me massively, I cannot tell you how easy it feels when you look at it 2lbs at a time! I saw a photo of a woman with amazing abs and the quote; stop making resolutions and just start something! And that really rang true for me, I just had to start!!

I'm not an expert in nutrition or fitness but if you ever need to let of steam or to get a bit of encouragement I'm here for you!

P.S you are beautiful as you are so don't sweat it!

Hey Jazzyfnz! Saw you on a emoticon page and love your look!

how much weight have you lost so far? there looks like a massive difference between the photo of you in a checked shirt and then in the polka dot dress!

I think our starting weights are pretty similar so hopefully we can help each other along our journeys!
