Origionally I lost over 100 pounds doing weight watchers, then hit a plateau for over nine months. I have back problems, and they were acting up, hindering my exercise activities. Well, my back is still a mess, but I have gained all my weight back plus more. It is past time to get back on track! I know I need to be accountable for my own decisions, but also need the support of others who share my frustrations with mood food, staying focused, and more!

Not only do I need to do ...

Not only do I need to do this for myself, but I am noticing that my son is slowly starting to eat less healthy and I don't want his life to end up where mine is. So, I know the best time for him is to learn land keep those better habits now.

My Goals:
My goal is to get a little further than I did with weight watchers, but not to stress out over getting to that final number I want to get to. If I can get off 141 pounds, and keep it off, then I think that is doing plenty good.

My Program:
I plan on using past eating habits and information gained from WW, and reintroducing a low impact workout three to five days a week, to start. I will also be including an ab workout in the evenings, to try and help strengthen those core muscles. Eventually I will be able to start doing moderate activities to help me get off that unwanted giggle.

Personal Information:
I live in Washington State, but was born and raised in Nebraska.

Other Information:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again . . . just make sure you don't do it the same way. Change something!
