I would like to lose the 30 pounds by June 8, 2013!
I am going toFamily Fitness classes twice a week. I do the elliptical at home every morning. I am tracking my meals with the nutrition tracker.
I am convinced that attitude is the key to success or failure in almost any of life’s endeavors. Your attitude-your perspective, your outlook, how you feel about yourself, how you feel about other people-determines your priorities, your actions, your values. Your attitude determines how you interact with other people and how you interact with yourself.
Oh my goodness! You are WonderWoman.... How did you know that the goodie you gifted me with was absolutely perfect! A vacation.... Exactly what I am in need of right now... Exactly! Thank you, for a few minutes I really felt the reality of how it would feel, and I was transported to relaxation.. Heavenly!!!!!
