Here's to second chances!

I didn't think I'd be back at this stage but here I am for the second time in my life needing to shed some weight. I had managed to lose around 100 lbs about 5 years ago but the last two years have been crazy and I've dealt with a lot of it by eating instead of dealing with my true feelings and issues. So here's to second chances!

Thanks for the suggestions on getting more structure on my weekends. I like your idea of weighing in every saturday and sunday as a reminder, I am definately going to try that this weekend and start looking for a fun exercise option too. I appreciate the support. emoticon

By your tracker I see that you've already had some success. That's great. I saw your post about trying to stick to your routine, or healthy life style on the weekends. I find it hard too. But I find that a little reminder each morning helps. I weigh myself every saturday and sunday morning and remind myself that this day counts too. Try to schedule in a fun fitness class that you can look forward to.
