Hey Kate,
Did I tell you that I did a kickboxing workout (20 minutes worth) yesterday and again today? Tomorrow I will add the strength exercises. I felt pretty good after I finished...and not too sore the next day. From everything I am reading, everyone is says to stick to the exercise and track ALL your meals everyday! I also saw a post for a tip about getting your exercising in: 2 possibilites; do your exercising the first thing in the morning OR pack your gym bag and dont go back home until you have put your time in at the gym that day (after school, work, etc). Sounded like a good self imposed requirement for you :)

Kate, this is a very cool way to be in touch during the week. It's kind of like journaling to each other. We will have lots to talk about this weekend....a few of my HTR problems that I am working on. It's mainly because we are not living in the States and I cant get what I need here. Anyway, Penny is helping me.
