This Remarkable Journey Called Life...

Hi Everyone:
I'm a 30-something young lady who simply adores life. Like others, I wear many hats: Mother, Wife, Friend, Sister etc. Unfortunately, it seems I never have enough time or energy in the day to accomplish all that's desired.

Hi Everyone:
I'm a 30-something young lady who simply adores life. Like others, I wear many hats: Mother, Wife, Friend, Sister etc. Unfortunately, it seems I never have enough time or energy in the day to accomplish all that's desired.

As I travel this remarkable journey of life, I'm finally understanding what it means to LIVE. If I can keep going forward: exploring life, improving, learning, & helping others to succeed--I can positively embrace all that life has to offer.

Along this journey, I'm learning what matters, what to ignore, and the true meaning of happiness & success.

One of my life goals is to get back into shape and increase my level of activity. This is where SPARKPeople comes into play. I simply love the outdoors and I hope to meet new friends and become involved in other activities. I'm an avid sports fan & my hobbies are centered upon reading, music, caring for animals, reef fish keeping, traveling and getting closer to GOD.

I'm sure I've landed at the right place and will succeed, as I have read about so many members' Success Stories. I am ready to reach my healthy goals!

My Goals:
My Initial Short Term Goal is to lose 15 pounds no later than January 1, 2013.

My Program:
My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be healthy in a weight range of 155-165 range in one year. This is a very achievable goal, just as long as I remain focused.

Steps to Achieve My Goal:

1. Use the Nutrition Tracker daily.

2. Do Cardio & Lift Weights a minimum of four times per week.

3. Track activity via Fitness Tracker everyday I exercise.

Thanks for your kind words of support and understanding. You are right that exercise can be a great stress reliever but glad I took the time I needed to recharge and catch up on things but will be hitting it again this week. Friends like you who take the time to check in really help!
