I just turned 36 and want to look and feel fabulous for my 40's. Not to mention be more healthy. My father passed away at a young age from heart attack and that's one thing I do not want to follow in his footsteps with. I love to exercise; I just don't like to think about what I eat. But that is changing. We are what we eat, right? I want to be healthy, feel, and look great!

My Goals:
1. Finish a 1/2 marathon in Feb 2014 without injury.
2. Get down to a healthy weight & BMI by 1/2 marathon.
3. Control my cravings for "Junk" foods.
4. Increase amount of Nutrient Rich foods.

My Program:
Lots of jazzercise & running in addition to less calorie intake with a focus on more healthy foods.

Personal Information:
I am in a Graduate GIS Program. I work full time. I love being an Aunt to my 6 yr old niece & 3 mo old nephew.

Other Information:
Hobbies include reading, movie watching, and spending time with my friends. I also include exercise as a hobby because I enjoy it so much.
