My second journey with Sparkpeople began on January 1st of this year. It took me about 5 months to reach my goal and I'm very happy with the progress I've made. My mistake the first time around was to stop using the nutrition and fitness tracker. I also thought I could do it alone and not actively participate on any teams. I was a part of team with co-workers but the team quickly fell apart and I felt I didn't need support. This time I found teams that challenged and motivated me to lose the weight and I've had so much fun in the process. Sparkpeople members are supportive, positive and encouraging. Thank you team members and spark friends. I couldn't have done it without you!

Thank you for the encouraging comment emoticon . I joined the YMCA last friday and have taken a few zumba classes and a power yoga class so far. I am thinking positively and telling myself that gain is muscle NOT fat! lol emoticon again for your support! emoticon
