gonna keep trying!

started a health and fitness routine with healthy eating
im 48 from england tired of being fat!! and unfit ...
this is me and my my friend mel who is also trying to diet im on the right... mel has just lost 5 stone on the lighter life diet!
i've been lucky enough to have been 7 stone all my adult life had a back injury with combination of tablets that caused weight gain no exercise and initial force feed as i was under 6 stone from hospital i then started to bordom eat ...

i dont really know how or what to do i just know i have to do it!

hi ... glad you feeling positive and back on track ...i forced myself to the gym and so glad ive done it eating in check today had bit of a hiccup as i had nasty cold but up again and trying

YOU CAN DO IT! How are you doing! Read your blog and commented. Have a blessed weekend and week and a successful one at that! I will be off to Vegas on Wed for a week on Vacation. I won't have my computer...so I won't be on sparks...but will have lots to share and catch up when I get back.
