What It Takes

I am 47 and at the worst physical shape I have ever been in. I weigh more than I ever have in my life also. And I am in the worst financial shape I have ever been in. Dark, dark, dark.
But the good part is I am not in the worst mental shape I have ever been in. So I'm going to use that to ambush the not-so-good parts and bring them back into the sunshine!

It will be a bloody fight, I am sure, but I am convinced I have the creativity and tools to pursue this and eventually win. I feel that getting my weight and health under control is a vital part of this adventure.
