Starting over
I started Spark People in 2010 and lost about 40 #'s but then LOTS of things changed in my life and my weight ballooned out of control. I am starting over and determined I will lose this weight and keep it off! I now find my weight is really impacting my health more than it ever has and if I want to spend more years with my family I have to get control of my life/weight.

My Goals:
I want to loose a total of 69 lbs. I will work out at least 5 days a week by walking for 20 - 30 min a day & doing squats. I will work with free weights to tone my arms. I will drink 8 8-oz glasses of water a day.
My Program:
Back to basics is my plan for weight loss. Smaller portions and calorie counting & tracking food/exercise on Sparkpeople. I will support my fellow Challengers and encourage them daily by posting to the blogs.
Personal Information:
I'm married to a wonderful man. I have 3 children & 5 grandchildren. I have a beautiful Great Pyrenees dog who is my baby. I love to read, take walks,fish & camp. I enjoy spending time traveling with my husband/friends.
Other Information:
God & my family are the most important things in my life! I love to travel, sing, make cards, cook, camp, read & go for walks. I want to believe again that I am the beautiful & sexy woman my husband says that I am.
