To change to a diabetic diet, go to your nutrition page, click on "change nutrition goals" and then scroll down on that page to click on your choices and set it up for you. There isn't a choice for "diabetic" but I just try to stay the lower range of carbs evey day. My problem is trying not to over do the fats!! Love you Sis! 2811 days ago
Hey Jaymie .. haven't seen you around lately. Hope things are still going good. Any more marathons ... I did a 5k on Thanksgiving .. I RAN the entire distance .. woo hoo .. I am still on cloud nine.
