Keep on keeping on!
My weight loss journey began in January of 2009. I was 195 pounds! I began walking on the treadmill, It took me 25 minutes to go one mile, I can now do four miles in an hour. I got down to around 170 pounds and in September of 2009 I found spark people. After joining spark people, I dropped 20 pounds within the first three weeks, by July of 2010 I was down to 137 pounds. I have gained ten pounds since the winter. So I am trying to lose that. My goal weight is 130 pounds.

My Goals:
i want to get down to 130 pounds and I have a pair of jeans that i want to get back into.
My Program:
I go for about a 10 mile bike ride at least three times a week.
Personal Information:
I am from Michigan. So trying to stay motivated when the snow comes can be very tough.
Other Information:
I love being outside. I can't wait for it to get hot here.
