Glad to meet you. My name is Shannon, 48 years old in May, married, no kids, no pets, I am a house manager. I try to walk at least 5 days a week with a couple of friends in town. I go to WW in Albany. I have lost about 50 pounds, was more but had a very stressful couple of months and gained about 8 back. Now I am working on getting back to my lifetime status and goal weight. I live just up I-5 from you by 30ish minutes.
Just work at it one day at a time and it will start to become habit with tracking, activity, eating right, etc. Remember that we all have days where we get out of control, it is so easy to do.
Thanks for your comments on my Blog. I agree - we need to let go of some of that old negativity and plan for the good things. Maybe that's a bit unrealistic but we'll all be happier in the moment. 1101 days ago
