My Goals:
1. Exercise 3 times a week. Cardio/weights
2. Get my sugars under control.
3. Help my family start eating healthy.
4. Lose 53 lbs.
My Program:
I am limiting my calories to 1600-1800 a day and trying to exercise. Also, no white foods. Potatoes, rice, pasta and no sweets.
Other Information:
I have two wonderful teenagers. My daughter is 16 and my son is 18. They are my pride and joy. I've been married for 25 years. Will divorce, but am waiting at the time. My marriage is WEIRD.
