A new perspective
Once upon a time (two months ago, that is), I was more focused on my weight and appearance than the overall health of my body. Then, on June 23, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was Stage 1 and my treatments will be relatively simple. I'm here to keep myself consistant with exercise and good nutrition. The stress pounds I've gained will come off eventually if I consistantly make the best choices. It's all about my long term health now.
