Fit for a good life

I turned 50 this year. Thanks to an overly long time not exercising or paying attention to what/how much I was eating and drinking, I also was heavier than I have been in quite some time. For the first time, I was feeling my age.

So, I have recommitted to using the Spark tools. Just putting together a good streak of days eating well/exercising has helped me lose a few pounds and stopped my back from hurting. While getting back into shape, I'm sticking to low impact cardio and ...

So, I have recommitted to using the Spark tools. Just putting together a good streak of days eating well/exercising has helped me lose a few pounds and stopped my back from hurting. While getting back into shape, I'm sticking to low impact cardio and strength training 2x per week.

My goal for the immediate future: size 6 in September for a trip to Northern California with my husband. That would not be my smallest but I do feel good at that size/weight and I think it's attainable.

My Goals:

My Program:
Cardio, weights and a fruit and vegetable heavy whole food diet. Following the principles of the No S diet - no sweets, no snacks and no sugar except on days that begin with S.

To reach my goals for the BLC summer challenge and the 5% challenge, I commit to 350 fitness minutes per week, including a kettlebell class I take 2x per week.
