When I started SparkPeople I had no idea that in six (6) months I'd say to myself, okay I've lost enough weight, it's time for maintence. I've lost a total of 22 lbs and I know for some this is not a lot of weight, but for me it's the difference in feeling exhausted everyday and feeling like I am able to do anything! I've reached the ideal weigh for me.

SP has enabled me to win a war I've been fighting most of my adult life and I'm forever grateful to Chris and the Sparkteams.

To all of my many SP friends and team members, THANK YOU all for being there for me.

I have been a member now for over three (3) years and am still elated that I found and joined SparkPeople. I reached my first goal in six (6) months and have been able to keep within a five (5) lb. range for the last 21/2 years.

I need a tune-up though, I went back up to 180 lbs. This extra five (5) lbs. made me feel so disconnected in so many ways. So, I decided I needed a tune-up. Goal is to loose the gained five lbs and an addidtional five lbs. for good measure.

Hello Woman! ~ Just stopping by on this Thanksgiving Holiday hoping all is well and that you have lots to be thankful for. I know that I do...its that time of year and I'm already looking at a 4 to 6 lb weight gain, so I'm back with SP so I can use the nutrition counter again. I have joined a gym now, so this is cool. And yep, school has started also.

I'm excited to be able to stop in and see that a few of my SP peeps are keeping in touch. Missin'you..and congrats on your weight loss, thus far.
