Don't forget to join the Putting Foods Up team. I'm now the leader.. What happened was I wrote an emailt o coach Jen and she zapped the team leaders for the Putting Food By team and made me the leader. There was no reason to have 2 teams a like so I closed the Putting Foods Up team on July 10th...I waited a few weeks so members could switch and join the original team... Since yu didn't have power, you probably didn't get all the emails etc. So please do come and join us. I'll send you an email invite from the team to make it easier.
I missed seeing you on the threads...Now I know why !!!! See you there. 1448 days ago
Thanks for the comments! I have to be honest, I could not ever imagine someone going vegan in one instant. I definitely think it has to be a gradual thing unless it is something that you perhaps grew up around and already know about. Going vegan taught me a lot about nutrition and cooking that I never knew was out there (I used to be the kid who could burn a salad. Yeah. It was that bad). I did not set out to be vegan, but I started cutting back on meats, and as I learned what foods could help with my health conditions, I loaded up on those and suddenly realized, "Hey. I don't eat meat." Finding out that you're lactose intolerant also helps. =D 1465 days ago
