I talk about it, I read about it, I know about it.....

Now its time to just DO IT, time to put all this info and knowledge into practice. Healthy diet, proper nutrition and physical exercise (cardio and strength) combine to bring positive results.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. I would like to be healthier. I would like to not get out of breath. I would like my clothes to fit me better.

My Program:
Doing everything more consistently and in moderation. Trying not to fall off the wagon after one week. Trying to work out several times through the week and watching what I eat always instead of just one or two days of the week.

I see you haven’t written a blog in qutie a while? Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. Does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.

Give it a try, you just might enjoy it. Look forward to seeing one from you.

This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
