No Small Change

Hello all, never did a journal before but I love to read other blogs. My brief is that people's thoughts/comments are a true indicator of how successful they are in life. That can't be more truer as it relates to their health. I have already lost 16 pounds but now I want to start phase 2, the goal is to loose 24 pounds before my 2nd Half Marathon...let's see if I can do it.

Thanks guys... @Absolutzero - I am doing the AF Half Marathon in Sept and the Disney Half Marathon in Jan 2012. I am also doing the Marine Corp 10K in Oct(?).

Looked up your journey...AMAZING.
