...and the journey continues.

this is proving to be quite a challenge - this fight against this fat on my body. however, the vision i have for myself is bigger than the fat. it's going to take work and some serious confrontations with that part of myself that hides, lies, cheats, avoids, denies, and makes excuses. if i do not, the fat will continue to accumulate, representing everything that has every hurt me, angered me, disappointed me, and scared me.

so instead of another intro to declare or swear that THIS TIME will be IT, i will be realistic with myself.

simply, the happiness journey continues and i must make note of anything i learn along the way.

Awsome job girl. Yes, I was quite diligent. I'm back on the horse myself. We can do it! We did it before. This time is forever. I went on a scale that measure fat, water, weight, and the extra's like bone and tissue etc. It was really cool. It confirmed that I have been retaining too much water. I need to go see my doctor about it and watch my sodium intake daily. Everything else is workable! Keep up the good work girl.
