Back Again

I joined SP April 19, 2009. My then highest weight was 219 pounds. Within three months of commitment and using the SP tools, making friends, joining challenges and groups, I lost nearly 30 pounds.

I don't know what happened after that. I think I started school again and the weight began to teeter. In 2011, my father died, and my world caved in. It's still surreal. I was in this fog for two years.

I soon found myself up to 243 pounds. That the most I've ever weighed. How did this happen? When? WHY?????

So I was led back here. I'm armed with a new laptop with video capabilities.

My Goals:
MILESTONE #1: Lose 10 pounds by the end of December, 2014.


My Program:
Slowly removing starchy white flour, white sugar, processed foods, and starchy carbs from my diet, replacing with more complex carbs, fresh juices, green smoothies, and take time to prepare my meals each week. Journal about EVERYTHING that's inside my head. Take more photos. Go out more. Get more sleep (at least 6-8 hours) every night. Make new friends. Have more sex!

Thanks for my bday wishes! I had a great celebration. Mind you I added a few pounds back, but that is ok. It's almost gone now. I looked awesome in my dresses!!! I may post a pic later.

I'm caving today and adding the app on my phone today. I still plan on using Myfitnesspal for my food and exercise. I will just track and keep you guys up to date. I also want full access to all my groups and information. I'm not always around a computer or my laptop.
