Turning point, and...

...trying to change the way I look one step at a time. I lost about 15 lbs and another 10 lbs to go, but my weight is not going down any faster. While I continue yoga practice, and still love my food, I am trying various strength and stretch exercises. I want to be an advance yogi some day...

I tried to do that challenge of eating a particular Freggie - but so far, that hasn't worked well for me. So, I guess it is just important to eat some veggies and make sure we get in 5 rather than feeling like we have to eat the "assigned" freggie. But at least we can count ALL our Freggies for the general "Living the Good LIfe" challenge for the team. That is where we get points anyway.

So how is your week coming along? Getting lots of freggies in? I admit, I need to do more in that area - Guess I should cut up a bunch and have them ready!
