Ready to be slim and healthy

I don't know how many chances one person gets to start over, but I am starting over.....again!
I am going to do this again, I need to lose weight and get healthy. My kids are growing and I don't want them to grow up thinking it is okay to be fat. I want to set a healthy example for them.

Hey you are doing an awesome job keep working on what you want if it is a bad snack you can't kick, exercise and being tired take a 30 minute power nap or do like 5-10 minute stretch and jumping jacks or dance around if in an office at work sitting at the desk swing your arms around whenvyou walk behind closed doors if you think people think your being weird waking my body up might help me focus more when my arms get tired I shake them wake then every once I while kick your legs around under your desk while writting if you can to energize them while sitting just suggestion to make you feel like you can handle anything and everything I believe in you are doing awesome keep up the great work we are glad to have a sucessful person on our team

Hey There

I saw that you posted you needed support in the team huddle. It's all good. Stop. Sit down. Take a deep breathe and think about what you really want out of life. Imagine what things will be like a month from now, 6 months from now, a year from now, and then 5 years from now.

When you imagine those things are you carrying the extra weight? Are you happy? What are you doing?

Only you can choose what you want. I know you have it in you!!!! Keep going! You knew enough to ask for help. That means you want it.
