I came to SP in March of 2009, and recently reached my goal of losing 20 lbs. Now I've set new goals, and I have a new outlook on how to meet those goals.

I've been doing some research on nutrition and caloric intake...this article was SO helpful! I've used it to update my program.
Lose 12 pounds, at a rate of 1.5 pounds per week.
Get into a permanent exercise regimen.

AHH you and me are the same height and practically the same weight, and the same goal !
- I started off at 154pounds, got down to 147.4 pounds and now i've reset it to 149pounds even though i've been working out a lot and eating pretty healthily i don't know why it's gone up lol!
hopefully i can see your progress and you'll motivate me to get to our target :D

glad to hear that you are back!!! i am doing well. i've decided to train for a half marathon, so i've been hitting that hard, and i'm doing chalean extreme. we're already back in school in ms, which is helping me get on a better eating schedule again. things are going pretty good!
