Hello Everybody...I'm securely in my 30s and want to change my lifestyle....After watching "The Biggest Loser" for three seasons, I decided that (WTF) now is the time I lose my weight (figuratively and literally), so here I am.

My goals are simple.

My Program:
I'm was working with a personal trainer and nutritionist, SHOUTOUT FOR DANA. She was my BS-O-METER, calling me on my stuff and getting me to execise.

Now, I'm doing it on my own. I'm not looking for any help (other than the big guy) and plan to get back into my zone.

With that said, I'm calorie counting and learning about food/exercise combining.
