I am back to SP with a new sense of commitment and resolve to make eating right and exercise a lifestyle. Too many times I've been so focused on the number I see on the scale and not how good I feel when I'm eating right. With the help of this community I hope to accomplish my weight goal and also to appreciate how good life is.

Thank you for the turkey. My mother was recently diagnosed with diabetes and she also lost weight. I have a feeling that I am definitely at risk for it. It is definitely on her side of the family. Her father, my grandfather had it also.
Will you be having Thanksgiving at your house? We are having it at mine. Just my husband and I and the 5 kids, so I guess 7 isn't too bad for Thanksgiving. We aren't buying a real big turkey. emoticon

20 pounds!!! That's awesome! Ok, how did you do it? You also crossed an amazing amount of fitness minutes. I am assuming that helped. Are you working out at home or outside? We have had a great October and November. Actually a little warm, but I'll take it, especially the sunshine.
