Balancing the Scales

Hi, I'm Amy and I have a long ways to go. But I'm excited to finally lose some weight. My friend Stacey and I are doing this together and we will be encouraging each other along the way. Then I managed to get my sister to join. Somehow along the way we have picked up a bunch of our MOPS friends, too. I have a wonderful dh and two great kids.

whoa pretty new background!! So how are things going? we really havent talked much about diet and exercising lately!! I have been getting 1-2 bottles or water in each day for the last 3 days, and NO SODA since Monday!! YIKES I have the headache to prove it!! I have lost 2 pounds in the last 3 days so that is exciting! must be water weight and bloating from the soda!! I really want to get down to 235 (my origanal starting point) by May 19th! I think we will all walk to the tee ball field, it on the path we take with the WHOLE LOTTA HILLS! Ok so maybe on the days we play at 9am I wont walk lol!! So I am praying for ya that this has been a great week exercise wise! I know I have gotten some in with cleaning and set up and tear down for MOPS! Today I laid around lol!! But no soda so that was a great step!! Love ya girlie and I hope you have a great Thursday!!
