    I stumbled across your page from the Cutting down the Booze Calories team, and as I was reading your info, the one thing that jumped out at me was this:

    "I do watch my tracker and make sure I don't go over in any category but I don't usually eat enough calories because whole foods are so filling."

    Just because you feel full doesn't mean that you're fueling your body properly. Our bodies need a certain minimum to function properly (if I'm not mistaken, it's at least 1200 cals per day). If you're not eating enough to fuel the body's basic functions, then it will hang on to every single calorie it can get. Which means that instead of losing weight, your body will maintain or gain. And that could explain why you aren't seeing results on the scale.

    Yay!! I'm not the only person that has driven somewhere only to find myself stuck in the parking lot!! I usually tell myself, well, I'm closer than I was at my house! I will keep trying to get closer and maybe next time I am in the parking lot, I can smile and think of you and get to the door of the class!! emoticon
