My Program:
No diet for me. I started eating whole, nonprocessed foods about a year ago. I do watch my tracker and make sure I don't go over in any category but I don't usually eat enough calories because whole foods are so filling. Beer on the other hand...

Right now, I am doing Jillian Michaels Revolution. I also LOVE Pilates

Personal Information:
Trying to stay anonymous so that I can be more honest. Funny how we can be so open to strangers but not our own friends and family!

Other Information:
You have to make your own happiness. Stop waiting on someone else to do it, they have their own life to worry about.

YEsssss! I'm so excited about our wedding! We've been engaged since February so now that it is only 9 months away...I am in high speed planning mode!

I'm so glad that on pinterest you can have a private board! I've pinned so much stuff already!

My scale and I have an off again on again relationship! Hopefully we stay together this time! lol

I just ordered the book Eat to Live - had borrowed the E-Version from the library but I'm old school and love my books. I also ordered the book "The Craving Brain" in the hopes that it will help me be more AF as the Allen Carr book didn't quite do it for me. I honestly don't want to be complety AF but want to get a handle on the compulsions/cravings.

PS - Sounds like you and your boyfriend have given each other great gifts.. his modelling how being AF is good and you showing him about good eating : )

Awesome! Glad I could be of some help! If you think about it the money will add up quickly. And then you will find yourself on a cruise in the Caribbean :D

My mama is a seamstress so I lucked out on that one! So far there have only been a few things that I've given away. Right now I've only lost enough weight to have to draw the drawstring tighter and things like that.

I've gotta watch the nuts! I go crazy and then all the sudden I've eaten two servings! Yikes! The are good though. I've actually been doing pretty good on protein the past few days. So maybe I was just in a funk or something.

Yes the book is one I bought a long while ago and I found it very preachy. I have not been AF as he suggests to do for life and I don't know that I could be, but definitely need to look at doing a long stretch again to get a handle on things and gain some perspective.

Thank you for your comment on my blog... Depression is difficult as I've suffered from it myself. I am always looking forward to the light and try to find it in every day by noticing the 'good' in every single day.
