It's not Motivation it is Determination!

I am a mom of four wonderful children and still with my high school sweet heart.

Short term goal:

Run in a 5K, 10k, Half Marathon, and Marathon. Granted it will take a while to get there, but I could probably do the 5k right now.

Long term goal:

I want to live until I'm at least 90 and I want to really live life!! I want to be that 70 year old that passes you up running on the street. I want to be that 70 year old that can go hiking and ...

My Goals:
-To lose a 111 pounds. UPDATE - I've lost 50 of those pounds!!!

-Wear a size 12-14 pants (or smaller) ---UPDATE - I'm in a size 16 now, so I'm thinking I can get into a 8 eventually!!

-Run a 5K (DONE 8/29/11)

-Run a 10K

-Do the Disney Marathon

-Fit on ALL of the rides at Cedar Point

-Live my life to the fullest


My Program:
Working out six days a week for at least 45-60 minutes a day. Cardio intensive Strength training 4 times a week. 2 of those days are a boot camp with Pete Thomas from the Biggest Loser season 2 (I currently use 10 lb dumbbells)

I use my Goal weight BMR recommendation that is on www.winningman.com I use the one on the very top. It is a little less than what Spark recommends.

Personal Information:
I am from Downriver, MI
I'm 32. I have four children from 4-14 in ages.

Other Information:
The winners in life think constantly in terms of I can, I will, and I am. Losers, on the other hand, concentrate their waking thoughts on what they should have or would have done, or what they can't do.

We try to help beginner writers and people who want to lose those extra lbs. We have support groups for anyone who needs a buddy.
As for writing, I am a professional writer and I will help you if you want to learn to write. Everyone has the talent, they just have to bring it out. Imagine having someone read what you wrote. You can do it. As for weight, it is not easy to keep it off but if you can eat fish 5 days a week and watch what you are eating and exerise you are on your way. You have to give up a lot to be thin. Can you do it?
