Hi.. I read your post on the Brides to be weigh in. As far as core work outs that won't hurt your back. I recently purchased the Turbo Jam video and they have this move that really works you stomach. You stand with your legs about shoulder width slightly bent, push your pelvis forward an keep your shoulders back. then just rotate side to side in a cartwheel motion crunching your sides. A couple of those at a time and you'll really feel it. DOn't forget to breath! ;)
