I am just a young adult looking foward to the summer and hopefully getting into a bikini. This is my third Spark account and I missed the challenges provided by the community so that is why I rejoined.

I love seafood and Chinese food. I especially love sweets and my addiction is chocolate!

My Goals:
To eat healthier and lose my tummy fat.

My Program:
I workout two times a week for 30 minutes or more doing HIIT or any vigorious cardio.
I do strength training for 10 to 20 minutes two times a week.
I clean daily for about 30 to 50 minutes per week.
