This used to say "I'm a 29 year old woman who joined SparkPeople under the coaxing of a friend in June 2006."

However, I'm no longer 29. I'm 36 and I've been here on SparkPeople for over seven years. Wow. What a long strange trip it's been.

I went from an out of shape Mama to one who is teaching other Mamas fitness in Stroller Strides! Who would have thought?

Recently I picked up a treadmill and I've been waking up at 5:10 (I know, that's early!) to get a few miles in before my boys are awake. Or I wait for nap time. Or I run after dinner. Point is? I get it done!

I have PCOS and I'm trying really hard to lose weight and lead a healthy lifestyle. My downfall is most definitely ICE CREAM! But I've gotten much better about making it a "sometimes food!" If Cookie Monster can make cookies a "sometimes food" then I certainly can do the same with ice cream.

Running and working with a personal trainer 2 mornings a week. Awake at 5:10am and ready to go!

As for us, the Baby Boy is doing awesome... It's his mama that's a wreck. :-/

I am trying to find my mojo, but I just haven't cared enough up until now. It's been a busy, somewhat stressful year, and I focused about 2% on myself, and it shows - I look terrible!
