My Goals:
My goal is to loose a total of 50lbs. I hope that I can build a leaner body, six pack abs and a healthy lifestyle

My Program:
I currently see a personal trainer 5 days a week. On the two days that I have off, I walk/sprint in the park and try to beat my previous record.
