My Goals:
I want to be back down to 160 pounds by 29 February 2009. Even then I will take more energy, better health and a better sense of well being so that I can spend more time with my family without being tired.
My Program:
I am eating healthier, drinking my water, following my nutritionist and naturopath's instructions for my vitamins and my protein shakes. I am walking a lot more and have found that when I am with my family I walk alot more than what I thought. I have retured to swimming, strength training and stretching.
Personal Information:
I am from British Columbia, Canada. I am fortunate to live someplace were access to a lot of walking/hiking and cycling trails abound. It isn't that far to rec centres lakes or oceans to swim, sail, surf. Lots of physical activites abound year round
Other Information:
I like spending a lot of time with family and friends. I like board games, knitting, cross-stitch, sailing, horseback riding, swimming, walking, cycling, watching my husband and kids skate, snowboard,ski, play hockey. My whole househld are die hard Vancouver Canucks fans
