Hello!

I am here to get healthy and live a better life.

I want to look better, feel better and live better.

I have set up goals for short term, middle term, and long term.

Short Term Goals-1 Month (December 20)

1) Get up with my boyfriend every morning at 6:15 am
2) Get 30 minutes of cardio 3x per week
3) Get 20 minutes of strength training 3x per week
4) Drink 8 glasses of water
5) Eat at least 1 fruit or ...

Mid-Term Goals-2 Months (January 20, 2013)

1) Drop a total of 4"
2) Lose 10% of my body weight (18lbs)
3) Work towards getting 8 hours of sleep a night

Long Term Goals-6 Months (April 20, 2013)

1) Drop a total of 10"
2) Lose 22% of my body weight (40lbs)
3) Have a morning and bed time routine in place

15lbs lost-New shirt!
18lbs lost-Get my nails done!

I found you on the Virtual Races and we seem to have a lot of the same goals (and starting weight, oddly enough.) Are you running for health? Or for a race? To kick those shuttle runs booties? What is inspiring your journey?
