On the road again...
I'm a stay-at-home mom on the weight loss wagon once again! SP has walked me through weight loss after each of my children, and so here we are again! I'm aiming at a realistic 160 lbs. goal weight, something I should be able to maintain easily once I reach it. If I get lower, Praise God! If not, at least I'll be so much healthier than I am now!

My Goals:
1 - To be a Godly example for my children. 2 - To regain health and vitality I have lost. 3 - To care for my body the way God intended so that I might better serve Him. 4 - To increase my energy to keep up with all my kiddos!
My Program:
I will be tracking my caloric intake for several weeks to gauge just how much I am currently eating. Then I will establish my caloric goals for safe weight loss, so that it doesn't interfere with nursing our newest addition. I will also be exercising at least three times per week, working up to five times per week, alternating strength and aerobic workouts.
Personal Information:
I'm a happy mom of four lovely kids and wife to an awesome husband. We homeschool and are active in our church.
