My Goals:
Practice competitive table tennis 5 days a week.
Lose 30 pounds.

My Program:
Limit calories to 1200 per day until my weight goal is met. I measure everything I eat, calculate the calories, and jot it down in my SP Nutrition Tracker. It's working! For maintenance, increase slowly to 1500 - 1800 calories a day. I do not add exercise calories to daily goal to eat more.
Personal discovery: If you don't measure and calculate, it won't happen. Estimating does NOT work!

Actually, I have no problem maintaining. I've spent the last four months purposely gaining weight through binging because of my home situation. Losing weight is extremely difficult for me. Maintenance is extremely easy.
