My Goals:
Practice competitive table tennis 5 days a week.
Lose 30 pounds.

My Program:
Limit calories to 1200 per day until my weight goal is met. I measure everything I eat, calculate the calories, and jot it down in my SP Nutrition Tracker. It's working! For maintenance, increase slowly to 1500 - 1800 calories a day. I do not add exercise calories to daily goal to eat more.
Personal discovery: If you don't measure and calculate, it won't happen. Estimating does NOT work!

I am going to do a Food blog on my Sparkpage! You have had good success and thanks for the advice. For some reason the food tracker takes me forever. A food blog is almost the same thing and it keeps me accountable too.
