Christmas with Charlize at 2.5 months of age
My mamas and me, 6 days after her "birth" day
Hello, my name is Jaquelyn,
i just gave birth to an amazing beautiful baby girl on October 12, named Charlize, she is my world! Of course as with any pregnancy i packed on the pounds, 50 to be exact!!!! I ended up being induced at 37 weeks because of high blood pressure issues, i was retaining an extreme ammount of fluid, and for a typically small girl...the cankle look really wasn't working for me! Luckliy (a week after having her) i have already lost 28 of those lbs...so alot of it was fluid retention because of the high blood pressure. I grew up with a health nazi mother, and though i was a "chuppy" kid who delt with alot of insecutities and mean comments from my mother, since i hit my teens i seemed to go from catipillar to butterfly and a hot petite body blossumed from what was once a chuppsters ones. (my ave. weight was between 115-125 lbs at "5.5") Sadly the pregnancy has left my belly flabby and my butt alittle chunky lol, but it was all for the beautiful cause of my little "mamas" Though i was induced... the labor progressed super quickly, i dilated from 3 to 10 cm in a few hours! The birthing process in general was quick and easy (the epidural helped im sure) So though it has only been a 8 days since i delivered i am (almost) back to normal (depsite some issues in my nether regions) ANYWAYS long story short, i want to get in the best shape my life, so people will look at me and think "milf" jk...but i would like to get fit for the sake of my family, self esteem and my fiancee. So i am using the sparks-people website to motivate me. All support is appreciated throughout this journey back to my healthy normal body shape!
I would like to Tone up, and get back into shape after having a baby. I would like to go back to my pre-pregancy weight of 125 pounds. Make exercise a multi weekly part of my life. I want to get into the best shape of my life and look the best i ever have in my life. I want to drink more water consume less salt, and not drink. Im more concerned about my body fat and BMI than my actual weight as i am breastfeeding, which makes you retain more water weight. OH and i want to make the celluilte on my thighs go away (:
I am cooking almost every meal i eat fish, lean meats, veggies, nuts/seeds/ fruits, and whole grains. (limiting carbs, sugars, facts, salts). Im exercising 5 days a week starting with walking the baby and post-prego yoga, eventually i would like to work back to high intensity cardio and weight training. I am recording my calories, and i am choosing not to drink or us any mind altering substances. I am super careful about what goes into my body because i am breast-feeding.
I am living in Orange County as of present. I moved here a year or so ago, and started an amazing life and a new family.
I am a film major, transfering to a four year in the fall. I want to work in the entertainment industry as a director, Actress, and writer (i love it all) or get my masters in become a professor at a well known university.
