I have struggled with my weight since I was in the 3rd grade. I have never have been really over weight...but my weight fluctuates 1-10lbs It has been a battle for me every day of my life. I am 49yrs old and been happily married to a wonderful man for 24 yrs. My favorite thing to do in life is travel!
1. Don't take others negativity seriously. 2. Surround yourself with positive people. 3. Be the positivity you want to see in the world. 4. Change the way you think. 5. Focus on solutions. 6. Give love to anyone around who needs love. 7. Don't be afraid to show people you care! 8. Accept that life has both ups & downs & roll with it! 9. Live in the present!!! 10. Let go of anything or anyone who is holding you back!
