Great start with the cardio!!! Soon you will be able to build up to more time. I'm totally HORRIBLE with the ab work. Cardio is my strength. I can stay on the treadmill for about 45 mins...but ab work is non exsistent at the time. I need to work on that. I figure, I'll work away at the layer of fat...then I'll get down to the nitty gritty.
