The New Improved Me

With the help of SP I have reached my weigh loss goal and maintained for over two years now.

The next BIG goal SP helped me accomplish was to complete and 12 hour Ultra Marathon.

I also got my ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification and am a full time Personal Trainer at the Wichita YMCA North Branch

Ok... so the last two weeks were like a "come-to-Jesus" for me. It's fascinating to read my comment on your page. I have had to do a 180 with my behaviors and come clean on some of my past behaviors. I am SOOOOO excited for you and your training but you are welcome to read my blogs and see that I have regrettably had to "retire" from marathon training.

PLEASE... keep striving for your goals and enjoying your athletic accomplishments. Keep reaching for the stars.

What races are you running in 2013? Are you still trying to break the 4 Hour Marathon? An ultra? I would love to cheer you on. I achieved my marathon goal last year, and I felt like I had a really solid do-able plan. So, I can offer a few little tips if you'd like. Thanks for your comment on my blog.
