My Goals:
To cherish my health. If it is good, preserve it. If it's unstable, improve it. If it's beyond what I can improve, to get help.

My Program:
Brisk walk/jog with the dog 45 min per day. My Nia class twice a week. Bicep curls while watching movies. Balancing my diet & trying to eliminate the bedtime snack! Writing everything down helps!

Personal Information:
Minnesota girl moved to Los Angeles in 1995. I love sunshine and warmth.
