Hi! I'm on the road to fitness and better health. I have taken up swimming and my local YMCA. In addition, I plan to do simple calisthenics and resistance bands. I have been making healthier choices all along, but I still have to make some more. My carb intake is a bit high, so I am trying to lower that as well. I'm a junk food junkie (sigh) and I love convenience, and that's a bad combination! I work 60+ hrs a week and am totally exhausted after work, but I must persevere!!! Good luck ...
