Trying to have a healthy lifestyle

Hey everyone,
I just experienced a bit of a life change when I moved from my life in New York to Virginia. My nutrition habits changed also because there are no supermarkets walking distance from me and I can not drive.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into a better exercise routine...I would like to be able to exercise during the weekdays during or after work.

I would also like to eliminate my debt, get more sleep, become more religious, get my driver's license, and learn to swim

My Program:
Lately, I have been doing the Kathy Smith DVDs because they are fun to do! Once in a while, I have been doing the Firm workouts.

The only other goal I have been working on is eliminating the debt. My work hours sometimes makes it impossible for me to get more sleep.
Once in a while I try to eat healthy

My name is Janelle and I am from Brooklyn.....I graduated from Brooklyn College with a bachelor's degree in African Studies.

hello thanks for visting my page,I don't sleep real well but I feel like I get enough.I get up at 3 or 4 in the am. This is time I take to do meditation and exercise plus it gives me time to do something in my house. This is something that I do for me before I start doing for everyone else. i believe once your finances get in order your sleep will improve.Good luck
