Originally from Canada but became a U.S. Citizen in 1985. Have a beautiful little girl named Sky & a good husband named Mike.

Other Information:
 My favorite music artists are Heart, Stevie Nicks & Mariah Carey. I love animals and have quite a few! I am a pet sitter & cake decorator.

Welcome to the program and welcome home! Working the 12 steps in conjunction with an eating plan of your choosing is a sure method of recovery. It is simple, but not easy! I'm adding you as a friend so that we can offer each other encouragement and support.

emoticon Helloooooo.... just saw your comment on the OA team. Sure let's be OA contact buddies.... sounds like we're just starting this, so might as well do it together. I did do the one meeting but havent tried again. Maybe today??
Had my grandaughter for a few days after Easter so kinda got off track, but back at it now.. Have a wonderful day and let's keep each other posted SPARK and OA emoticon emoticon
